Pat McGinnis

A proud Father of 4 married sons: David & Deborah, Casey & Gina, Barry & Christin, & Riley & Colleen and grandfather to Adeline & Douglas

Past President & Director of his local Rotary Club, Past President of his local Jaycees Group, Past President of the local YMCA Y’s Men Club, Member & Past Director of his local Chamber of Commerce, Past Director of His local Board of Realtors, Past Director of the California Association of Realtors and, Whenever Pat can spend time relaxing, it is with family & friends first, then traveling, gardening, and doing anything on or near the water like boating, fishing, enjoying a restaurant, or searching for sea-glass on the sand.

Born and raised in Southern California and having resided in
Orange County for 50+ years, Pat is able to share a wealth of information
regarding the area---from schools, neighborhoods, and community services to the most vital trends in the real estate market.

Because many of his past clients are aging out to Senior Communities, he has taken special interest in providing extensive knowledge and services to assist in these moves. He has achieved the Seniors Real Estate Specialist certification (SRES) with the National Association of Realtors, and the Senior Transition Specialist (STS) with MOM’s House.
